Terms of Use & License Agreement

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”, also serving as the End User License Agreement) govern your use of the BeastAI mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, created with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 17 years old to create an account and use the community features.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

BeastAI offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. User-Generated Content

The App lets you post photos, workouts, captions, and comments (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the App solely to operate and provide the service.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have the rights to post it. You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. See our Community Guidelines.

5. Moderation & Reporting

You can report objectionable content or block another user at any time from within the App (via the “…” menu on any post, comment, or profile). We review reports and act on them — including removing content and ejecting the user who provided it — within 24 hours. We may remove any content or suspend any account at our discretion to protect the community.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by:

• posting prohibited content or harassing other users;
• impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation;
• attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• scraping, overloading, or interfering with the service;
• using the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Health Disclaimer

BeastAI provides fitness and workout information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program. You use the App and perform any workout at your own risk.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes your account, posts, photos, and comments. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeastAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
